In accordance with Section 2 of REACH Annex XI, information requirement section 7.17, this study cannot be conducted on solid materials or gases. According to ECHA Chapter 7 guidance, viscosity measurement is only relevant to liquids.

In accordance with section 2 of REACH Annex XI, it is considered justified to omit this study on the grounds that it is not technically feasible.
In accordance with Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance, R.7.1.18.4, viscosity testing is only relevant for liquids. As the test material is not a liquid at room temperature it is not possible to determine its viscosity.
