Additional information

Daphnia maqna were exposed to concentrations of DOWFAX XD 8390 as high as 56 mg/l for 48 h. At 56 mg/l there was 100% mortality. The 48 h EC50 was 13.9 mg/l

(95% confidence limits of 10.8 - 18.7 mg/l; slope 2.8). There were no significant effects on mobility or mortality at a concentration of 5.6 mg/l or lower; therefore the NOEC was 5.6 mg/l. It is concluded that XD 8390 has low toxicity to Daphnia Magna.
