Additional information

Lowest L(E)C50/NOEC from the two trophic levels was 100 mg/L.

-         Short term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: Key study. Test method OECD 202. GLP study. The 48 hours EC50 value for the test item in Daphnia magna was > 100 mg/L and the NOEC was 100 mg/L.

-         Toxicity to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria: Key study: Test method OECD 201. GLP study. The 48h-EC50 was > 100 mg/L and the NOEC was 100 mg/L based on the nominal exposure.

Conclusion on classification

Based on available data on two trophic levels, where E(L)C50 > 100 mg/L, the test item is not classified for aquatic toxicity according to CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
