The equilibrium partitioning method has been be applied to assess the hazard to soil organisms using conservative assessment factors. A risk assessment was then applied which shows that the PEC/PNEC ratios were all less than 1 for terrestrial endpoints demonstrating a lack of risk. Therefore testing of toxicity testing with terrestrial organisms have been waived based upon these risk based exposure considerations.
