Executive summary:

The OECD harmonized ring method was applied for the determination of the surface tension of Folenox. The surface tension of a test solution at 90% of the test substance’s saturation solubility in water and at 20°C was 63.2 mN/m. According to this, the test substance is considered not to be surface active.
