Three DSC measurements in aluminium crucibles with a hole showed an endothermal effect in the temperature range of 135-175°C with onset temperatures of 150.63°C, 150,84°C and 150.69°C.

Description of key information

The melting point /melting range are determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) according to EU Method A.1 and OECD Guideline 102. The test item has a melting point of 150.7 °C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
150.7 °C
