Data on physical properties were obtained from experimental and calculation studies using widely accepted methods. The use of Klimisch codes (Klimisch et al., REGULATORY TOXICOLOGY AND PHARMACOLOGY 25, 1-5 (1997), was applied and a reliability code of (1) valid without restrictions was assigned.
Review of the collated information indicates that beta-Cylodextrine is a non-flammable solid which decomposes upon heating before the melting point is reached. App. 14 g are soluble in water.
