Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test substance was measured under GLP according OECD 105 guideline, flask method. Three measurements were performed at 24, 48 and 72 h, with duplicate analysis. Equilibrium was found to be reached from 24h, and the mean result was retained.

The water solubility of the test substance is 13.7 g/L at 20 ± 0.5 °C and pH 4.0.

Description of key information

Very soluble, dissolves rapidly (<=24h), pH of saturated solution: 4.0

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
13.7 g/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

A fully reliable experimental study, conducted according to a recognized OECD method and under GLP, is available. It is considered as a key study, and the result is retained as key value for purpose of CSA.
