Description of key information

The acute toxicity of the test substance on Brachydanio rerio was evaluated in a semistatic fish test over a period of 96 hours (Hüls AG 1994) acccording to EU method C.1. Five concentrations ranging from 100 to 1000 mg/L (nominal) were tested. The stock solution (1 g/L) was stirred for 18 hours and filtrated. The test substance was found to be stable under the test conditions (DOC determination). The LC50 (96 hours) was determined as >328 mg/L
