Results and discussion

Results:
The stability of the test item in water was determined. The concentration of the test item in the test solution was determined by liquid chromatography.
The recovery rate of the test item immediatly after sample preparation is only about 86%, the concentration of the test item then further depletes, stabilising at recovery rate of about 64% after 26 days.
