Description of key information

No data is available for Liraglutide precursor.

Data from OECD 406 guideline studies on MI3 (S3) and X14DesB30 (S4) indicate no potential for skin sensitisation. Due to close structural similarity and similar physicochemical properties, a lack of skin sensitising potential can be concluded for liraglutide precursor as well.

See further read-across justification in document attacthed in section 13.

Justification for classification or non-classification

No data is available for Liraglutide precursor.

Based on data from OECD 406 guideline studies on MI3 (S3) and X14DesB30 (S4) indicate no potential for skin sensitisation. Due to close structural similarity and similar physicochemical properties, a lack of skin sensitising potential can be concluded for liraglutide precursor as well. Thus, Liraglutide precusor is not to be classificied as skin sensitiser according to the CLP-criteria.
