Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of pyridiniumsulfonate was determined to be 70.1 mN/m at 20°C thus indicating no surface active properties.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of pyridiniumsulfonate was investigated in a study conducted according to EU Method A.5 (Surface Tension; 2008) and OECD Guideline 115 (Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions; 1995) using the ring method. Based on the measured surface tension (70.1 mN/m at 20°C), pyridiniumsulfonate is not to be regarded as surface active material.
