- Executive summary:
The toxicity of the test item "LCA07033" was performzed on the freshwater unicellular green algae Pseudokirchnerella subcapitata
according to the OECD 201 guideline (screening test).
Results obtained show aslight toxicity of the test item with an inhibition of the average specific growth rate in comparison to the control <50% at the highest concentration of 100mg/L. For that reason, ErC50(0 -72h) is superior to this highest tested concentration.
Analyses of the test solutions were performed:the Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline was analysed inAlgae WAF at the start and the end of the study: Results are presented as follow/
Nominal test item concentrations in mg/L
[DPHP]at 0h at 72h unfiltered control <LOD <LOD 100 58,8µg/L 74,9µg/L
