Description of key information

No data is available on the carcinogenicity potential, neither for alkylamines acetates in general nor for primary alkylamines. However, negative data from mutagenicity testing in vitro and in vivo for both, alkylamines acetates and primary alkylamines as well as sparse data from chronic toxicity tests in animals with primary alkylamines do not give a concern that alkylamines acetates in general may have a carcinogenic potential.
