Conclusions:
The lowest temperature giving a positive effect was 319 °C. The injected volume was 100 µL, the ignition delay was 10 s. At a temperature of 314 °C no ignition was observed. Therefore, after rounding-off to the next-lower multiple of 5 °C, the auto-ignition of Musk R1 was 315 ± 10 °C.
Executive summary:

The auto-ignition temperature of Musk R1 was determined in a SUR BERLIN oven, equipped with a 250 mL glass ignition vessel according to DIN 51794.

The lowest temperature giving a positive effect was 319°C. The injected volume was 100µL, the ignition delay was 10 s. At a temperature of 314°C no ignition was observed.

Therefore, after rounding-off to the next-lower multiple of 5°C the auto-ignition temperature of Musk R1 was 315±10°C.
