Description of key information

One key study is available to assess the acute toxicity of disodium fluorophosphate to aquatic invertebrates. This study has been conducted to an appropriate guideline (OECD Method 202) and under the conditions of GLP. Therefore no further testing is required.

The acute toxicity of the test item to the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna has been investigated and gave a 48-Hour EC50 of greater than 100 mg/l. Correspondingly the No Observed Effect Concentration was 100 mg/l.
