Conclusions:
The partition coefficient of the test substance Akardit is:log P = 1.69±0.46 (25 °C, pH = 6.68)
Executive summary:

The partition coefficient of the test substance (Akardit) was determined. Based on the results of the preliminary estimation of the partition coefficient by a calculation method, the HPLC method was used for the main experiment.

The procedure was performed according to Method A.8. – Partition Coefficient,Council Regulation (EC) No.440/2008, Published in O.J. L 142, 2008.

Partition coefficient (log P) of the test substance (Akardit) is: log P = 1.69 ± 0.46 (25 °C, pH = 6.68)
