Description of key information

The inhibition of the degradation activity of activated sludge on sodium prop-2-enesulphonate is not anticipated when introduced in appropriate low concentrations.

Additional information

A short term respiration inhibition test conducted, in accordance with ISO 8192 [BASF AG, 1989]. After incubation of 30 minutes no respiration inhibition observed up to the highest test concentration of 1000 mg/L sodium prop-2-enesulphonate.
