As the substances comprised by the Diarylide Yellow Pigments are highly insoluble in water (e.g.DCB-AAA-AAOT<0.1 µg/L at 23°C), studies on hydrolysis as a function on pH could not be expected to yield any reasonable information and were therefore not conducted (waiving according to "column 2" in Annex VIII of REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006).
