Additional information

As the substance is a solid, the relevant test for flammable properties is the flammability under ignition. A reliable experimental study is presented under point 4.13.

Based on the chemical structure and experience, no flammable properties are anticipated if contact with air or water, therefore studies were deemed unnecessary.

Justification for classification or non-classification

According to Regulation (EC) N°1272/2008 (CLP) and UN Globally Harmonised System (GHS) criteria, the substance as solid failed to propagate combustion in the preliminary test (identical in a EC A10 and UN N1 tests), therefore it is NOT classified as a flammable solid.
