The test item Alpha-Ketoglutarate disodium salt (CAS no. 305-72-6) has no melting point at atmospheric pressure (999 - 1019 hPa) up to the decomposition temperature of approx. 200 °C, as determined by differential scanning calorimetry according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.1. and OECD Test Guideline 102 (1995).
