The sample was subject to a 10ºC / min temperature increase and exhibited two thermal events, one broad and one narrow. The narrow endothermic peak corresponds to the melting process of dinotefuran (107.2ºC). The broad endothermic peak having an extrapolated onset temperature of 208.3ºC was presumed to be due to decomposition owing to its broad and jagged nature.

Conclusions:
No boilling point was determined as decomposition of the test material occured before boiling.
