Data for the acute aquatic toxicity of the substance is available for two trophic levels, i.e. for aquatic invertebrates and unicellular freshwater microalgae. Although the acute aquatic toxicity data are in the same order of magnitude (between 10 and 100 mg/L), the EC50 (48 h) for aquatic invertebrates is between 24.1 and 94.3 mg/L and seem to be more sensitive than algae (ErC50 (72 h) = 62.2 mg/L). One chronic effect concentration is available for freshwater microalgae at 26.8 mg/L (72 h ErC10).
