The acute dermal toxicity of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine (99-97-8) was tested in 10 male and female New Zealand White rabbits at the concentration of 2000 mg/kg bw. No mortality was observed at 2000 mg/kg bw. Therefore, LD50 was considered to be > 2000 mg/kg bw, when male and female New Zealand White rabbits were treated with N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine by dermal application.
