* The water content (2.6 % w/w), for the calculation as dried sample, was determined following the CIPAC method MT 17.4. The sample was heated at 90°C until constant weight was reached.

The repeated 4 trial match the required reproducibility (<15%) then the mean value was adopted. The n-octanol solubility of Centella Asiatica Dried Extract resulted 9.14 g/L.

Pow estimated = Solubility of test item in n-octanol / Solubility of test item in water = 9.14 / 19.68 = 0.46

Conclusions:
