PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A stock solution was prepared by stirring the test substance in M4 medium for about 10 minutes at 20 ± 2 °C . The concentration of the stock solution was 10. 1 mg/2l .The test solutions were prepared by diluting the stock solution.
