Appearance:
On the basis of physical observation and using the sense of smell, Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was observed to be a greenish lustrous liquid.
Melting point:
The Freezing point of Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was determined with freezing temperature and it was found to be less than -8.6 °C at 975 hPa.
Boiling Point:
The boiling point determination of Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was done following OECD Guideline 103 and according to the method of Siwoloboff. The test was conducted in replicates and boiling point was determine to be 128.2°C at 975.9 hPa.
Density:
The density of test item Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was determined following OECD Guideline 109 and according to the IS 4730 : 1994 (Reaffirmed 2010) – Method for Determination of Density of Liquids (First Revision) using glass pyknometer The mean density of test item was determine to be 1.1029 g/cm³at 20°C and 975.7 hPa.

The study does not need to be conducted because the substance is marketed or used in a non solid or granular form. On the basis of physical observation and using the sense of smell, Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was observed to be a greenish lustrous liquid.
Vapour pressure:

The reference substances were Butanone, 4 -Acetylpyridine, Acetanilide, Benzyl alcohol, 4-Methoxyphenol, Phenoxyacetic acid, Phenol, 4-Methylbenzyl alcohol, Acetophenone, 2-Nitrophenol, Nitrobenzene, Cinnamyl alcohol, Benzene, Methyl benzoate, Cinnamic Acid, Toluene, 2,6-Dichlorobenzonitrile, Chlorobenzene, 2,3-Dichloroaniline, Allyl phenyl ether, Bromobenzene, Benzophenone, Ethylbenzene, 1,4-Dichlorobenzene, Diphenylamine, Naphthalene, Biphenyl, Benzyl Benzoate, 1,2,4 -Trichlorobenzene, Dodecanoic acid, Diphenyl ether, n-Butylbenzene, DDT, having Pow value ranging from 0.3 to 6.5. The Log Pow value of the test chemical Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was determined to be 1.959 ± 0.004 at 25°C. On the basis of this value, the test substance Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate can be considered to be hydrophilic in nature.
Water solubility:
The water solubilitydetermination of test item Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was done by spectrophotometric method. The water solubility was determine to be 220744 mg/L at 25°C.
Surface tension:
Based on the data from ACD labs, surface tension for Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate was predicted to be 0.0424 N/m.
Flash point:

Kinematic viscosity (experimental) of Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate at 20°C and 40°C was 43.0521 mm²/sec and 35.1481mm²/s,respectively.
Dynamic viscosity (calculated) of Reaction mass of Methylium, tris[4-(diethylamino)phenyl]- & acetate at 20°C and 40°C was 47.4821 mPa.S and 38.7648 mPa.S, respectively.
