Materials and methods

Principles of method if other than guideline:
The influence of TEL on humoral immunity was studied in  Swiss-Cross mice.  Groups of 8-10 animals were given 0.5 -  10 ppm Pb/l (0.9 - 17 mg TEL/l) in their drinking water for  three weeks.  Haemagglutination, radial immunodiffusion and  Cunningham Plaque Assay tests were performed.
