Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusions:
This test material does not contain hydrolyzable function groups that would react at any pH. Therefore a waiver is appropriate.
Executive summary:

Hydrolysis as a Function of pH

Justification For data Waiving (ECHA TGD ref 9.2.2.1)

From the compositional description and the structural formula given, and the fact that the substance 272 -233 -8 (EINECS) is highly insoluble in water, it can be concluded that hydrolysis of the principal active ingredient, at any pH, will not be evident (will not be degraded by hydrolytic means in either strong aqueous acid or strong base). However, this substance also consists of a portion of sequestered soft and hard base (metal hydroxide/carbonate), which will react (be neutralized) in the presence of especially strong acids (pH<2). Apart from this consideration, there are no functional groups or other structural alerts present in the active organic ingredient that would indicate that this substance would itself hydrolyze and thus should not be classified as dangerous according to the criteria for hydrolysis as a function of pH. Furthermore, this is confirmed by long term handling experience.
