Description of key information
The flash point of ADEKA RESIN EP-4000S was determined to be 167°C at 101.3kPa using the Pensky-Martens closed cup flash point apparatus.

A determination of the flash point was conducted (RCC Ltd) according to the Pensky-Martens closed cup method.
In the preliminary test, a flash point of about 170°C was found.The main test was performed in duplicate.
A clear flash point was observed at a test item temperature of 166°C during both tests at the actual atmospheric pressure of 98.2 kPa.
After correction for the atmospheric pressure, the flash point of ADEKA RESIN EP-4000S was determined to be 167 °C at 101.3kPa.
