Although performed using recognised HPLC method (and GLP) and although many details are included, the report is lacking in some detail and was not fully calibrated for materials with very low Log Kow. However, the study was considered adequate to conclude that there is very little risk of accumulation.

However, the work was performed at 'room temperature' and that the substance is pH 6.2 (range 6 - 7) when diluted in water.
There will be some dissociation effects, so pH will have an impact on the solubility parameters, but testing at a neutral pH will reflect environmental conditions.
