Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test item was determined to decompose, prior to melting, from approximately 259 °C (532 K). As the test item decomposed, no value for the melting point of the test item could be determined.
Executive summary:

The general physico-chemical properties of 9490 PERHYDROACIDE have been determined. The results are summarized below:

Melting/Freezing Point. The test item was determined to decompose, prior to melting, from approximately 259 °C (532 K). Testing was performed by differential scanning calorimetry, using a procedure designed to be compatible with Method A.1 Melting/Freezing Temperature of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 102 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 27 July 1995. As the test item decomposed, no value for the melting point could be determined.
