Description of key information
In accordance with the ECHA Guidance on the Application of CLP criteria, "the flash point for liquid organic peroxides is only relevant in the temperature range where the organic peroxide is thermally stable. Above the SADT of the organic peroxide, determination of the flash point is not relevant because decomposition products are evolved." The test item is a liquid organic peroxide with a self accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT) of +10 °C and a flash point not expected to be below the SADT, so further testing is not required.
