First-aid measures

In case of skin contact: Wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap.

In case of eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. If irritation persists, get medical attention.

In case of ingestion: if swallowed, give water or milk to drink, and immediately get medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

In case of inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
As the need arises, seek medical advice.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Carbon dioxide, foam and dry chemical powder.

Extinguishing media to avoid: A water bar.

Fire and explosion hazards: On combustion, generates toxic gases (e.g., carbon monoxide).

Fire-fighting equipment: Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions
Wear protections (e.g., protective gloves, spectacles and gas respirator) during work.

Spill or leak procedures
Environmental precauations: Prevent the spilled material entering into river or sewers.

Methods for cleaning: Recover with a vacuum cleaner, broom and others.
Remove without scattering dust.

Handling and storage

Caution: Combustible.

Handling: Wear adequate protections (e.g. protective gloves and goggles, etc.).
Ventilate a work area enough.
Establish a washing equipment for eyes and body near the handling area.
Wash thoroughly hands, face, etc., and gargle after handling.

Storage: Store in dark, dry and well-ventilated place and keep container closed.

May be burned in an adequate incinerator in accordance with all applicable regulations.
