Description of key information

The test substance (CAS 91744 -38 -6, Glycerides, C16 -18 mono-, di- and tri-, hydrogenated, citrates, potassium salts) was tested for ready biodegradability according to OECD test guideline 301D (Closed Bottle Test). After 28 days the test substance was observed to be 68% degraded and is considered readily biodegradable under the conditions of the test.

Additional information

As the test substance (CAS 91744-38-6, Glycerides, C16-18 mono-, di- and tri-, hydrogenated, citrates, potassium salts) is readily biodegradable further studies regarding the endpoints "Simulation testing on ultimate degradation in surface water", "Sediment simulation testing", as well as "Identification of degradation products" do not need to be conducted.
