The melting point of the dried test item sodium lauroyl glutamate is 327.7 ± 11.2 °C. - But as the substance is marketed as an approx. 37 % aqueous solution, 0 °C (water) is used instead as key value for melting point / freezing point in terms of chemical safety assessment!
