Conclusion on classification

Based on the lowest short-term LC50 of 3 mg/L from a study in fish with the read across substance amides, C8-18 and C18-unsatd. MEA, and given that the test substance is readily biodegradable but the log Pow is >2.6 (or rather unlimited), a classification as Aquatic Chronic 2 - H411 (toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects) is proposed according to CLP (EC 1272/2008) criteria.
