Description of key information

In accordance with the ECHA guidance documents R7b and as per the column 2 of Annex X of the Reach regulation , the study for sediment organisms does not need to be conducted because the possibility of direct and indirect exposure of the sediments compartment is unlikely and there is no risk for the sediments compartment since the results of the chemical safety assessment indicates that the PEC/PNEC value is <1 and even if the chemical is accidentally exposed to the sediment compartment very less percentage would be expected to release to the sediment compartment , indicating the exposure / bioavailability to the sediments is negligible.
