Determinationof impact sensitivity

Six trials of testing of impact sensitivity of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) with using the dropped weight of

1O kg falling from the height of 40cm, i.e. impact at energy of 40 J were carried out. There were no explosive reaction of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) in any of the trials.

Determination of friction sensitivity

Six trials of testing of friction sensitivity of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) with using loading of 360 N were

carried out. There were no explosive reaction of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) in any of the trials.

Determination of thermal sensitivity

Three trials of testing thermal sensitivity of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) with using hole with diameter 6

mm and next three trials with using hole with diameter 2 mm were caried out. There were no explosive

reaction of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) in any of thetrials.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) does not have explosive properties according to the criteria of EEC A.14 method.
Executive summary:

The study of determination of explosive properties of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) was carried out in accordance with method EC A14, published in the Council Regulation(EC) No. 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 laying down test methods pursuant to Regulation (EC No.1907/2006 oft he European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

Six trials of testing of impact sensitivity of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) with using the dropped weight of 10 kg falling from the height of 40 cm, i.e. impact at energy of 40 J were carried out. There were no explosive reaction o f DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K ) in any of the trials.

Six trials of testing of friction sensitivity of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) with using loading of 360 N were carried out. There were no explosive reaction of DTPA-FeK (FeDTPA K) in any of the trials.
