Description of key information

No experimental information about biodegradation of chlorinated 2,8-dimethylphenoxathiin is available.

Using BIOWIN Program v4.10 (EPISUITE v4.11) the predicted probability for fast biodegradation is very poor for all relevant components.

Therefore chlorinated 2,8-dimethylphenoxathiin is regarded as not readily biodegradable.
