Oral absporption:

Penninks feterminated, that 80% of the 14C marked DOTC is rleased by feces, and set the absprption rate for DOTC to 20 %.

The comparison of the absorption of DOTC (Ruthenberg) abd DOTO (hydolysis product form DOTAcAc, (Covance Study Number: 8255410) showed the the absorption of DOTO is minimum a factor 20 lower than from DOTC.

So the absorption rate for the oral way is set to 1 %

Dermal absorption:

There was no dermal absorbtion of the hydrolysis product dioctylstannane found, valuse 0.00001 is used for CSR
