The test is running. In the meantime the value of the potassium salt has been taken as reference.
Differential Scanning Calorimetry was performed using a Mettler-Toledo TGA/DSC Instrument in a Potassium Phosphite sample.
From DSC thermal analysis, two endothermic events have been recorded, the first one very faint between 133 - 143 °C (AH = -0.51 J/g; onset = 135°C), the second between 189 - 194 °C (AH = -24.6 J/g; onset = 197 °C), both the endotherms can be related to the melting of the sample.
