Conclusions:
The water solubility of Ferbam is determined to approximatelly 1.4 ppm (mg/L) at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of ferbam was determined according to OECD guideline n° 105. The water solubility of Ferbam is approximately 1.4 ppm (mg/L) at a temperature of 20 °C.

Description of key information

The water solubility of ferbam was determined according to OECD guideline n° 105. The water solubility of Ferbam is approximately 1.4 ppm (mg/L) at a temperature of 20 °C.

The experimental study determined the water solubility with 9 different batches. There the water solubility was 8 times less than 1 ppm and one time 5 ppm at 20 °C. Therefore the experimental value of 5 mg/L was used for chemical safety assessment as a worst case.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
5 mg/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C
