Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the study does not need to be conducted because the substance is a solid with melting point above 300°C (estimated). The DSC record of the sample does not show any endothermic signal attributable to a change of state, like melting point is.The TGA analysis does not show independent loss on weight processes (but a constant loss along the thermogram) it is not possible to unequivocally assign every thermal phenomenon to a decomposition process. The melting point indicated in the key value for chemical safety assessment has been estimated by Epiwin.

To estimate the exposure to the environment, the vapour pressure is a value required by EUSES 2.1. The value used has been estimated with EPI Suite: Epi Suite calculation: VP (Pa, 25 deg C) : 2.1E-031 (Modified Grain method). However, the boundaries of EUSES model for vapour pressure are 0.000001Pa-1000000 Pa, therefore the minimum value has been chosen for exposure estimation.
