Results form short- and long-term aquatic toxicity studies are available (values are expressed in terms of loading rates). EL50 values obtained with fish, daphnia, algae and microorganisms were 1.6 mg/L, 0.74 mg/L, 0.45 mg/L and >1000 mg/L. NOELR/ELr10 values obtained with daphnia and algae were 0.32 mg/L and 0.3 mg/L.

The most relevant and sensitive value obtained in these short and long-term aquatic toxicity studies is the ELr10 for algae of 0.3 mg/L.
