First-aid measures

Remove contaminated clothing.
If inhaled: Keep patient calm, remove to fresh air, seek medical attention.
On skin contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
On contact with eyes: Immediately wash affected eyes for at least 15 minutes under running water with eyelids held open, consult an eye specialist.
On ingestion: Rinse mouth and then drink plenty of water.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: water spray, dry powder, carbon dioxide, foam
Advice for fire-fighters: Special protective equipment: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: nitrogen oxides, carbon oxides: The substances/groups of substances mentioned can be released in case of fire. Under certain conditions in case of fire other hazardous combustion products may be generated.

Accidental release measures

Avoid inhalation. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and clothing. Use personal protective clothing.
Do not discharge into drains/surface waters/groundwater. Contain contaminated water/firefighting water.
For large amounts: Pump off product.
For residues: Pick up with suitable absorbent material. Dispose of absorbed material in accordance with regulations.

Handling and storage

Avoid aerosol formation.
Protection against fire and explosion: Prevent electrostatic charge - sources of ignition should be kept well clear - fire extinguishers should be kept handy.
Further information on storage conditions: Keep container tightly closed and in a cool place.
Storage temperature: 0 - 60 °C
