The temperature/time-diagram showes a small exothermic effect in the range of 160 °C to 185 °C with a peak-temperature of 218 °C. This is followed by an exothermic effect starting at about 315 °C with a maximum temperature of 466 °C. A sample-temperature of 400 °C is reached at an oven-temperature of 365 °C. A black mass was in the basket at the end of the test.

For Bayscript Blaukomponente TEA a self-ignition temperature of 365 °C was determined.
