no
Key result
Remarks on result:
no self ignition observed under the test conditions

The sample does not combust and decomposes during test. The sample can be considered non-combustible and non-flammable.

Conclusions:
In a study performed according to EC440/2008-A.16 determined was that the sample does not combust and decomposes when heated to to 400 °C and therefore can be considered non-combustible and non-flammable.

Description of key information

In a study performed according to EC440/2008 -A.16., potassium ferricyanide did not combust and decomposes when heated to 400 °C and therefore can be considered non-combustible and non-flammable.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Under the conditions of the EC A.16 study, the substance is not self-ignitable.
