Description of key information

Relative self-ignition temperature [DTPMP (5-7Na)]: not relevant, no self-heating up to 400°C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the self-ignition properties study (required in Section 7.12) does not need to be conducted as a preliminary test with the parent acid showed no evidence of self-heating up to 400°C. The registration substance is expected to have a self-ignition temperature greater than 400°C based on read across for the parent DTPMP acid.
