Description of key information

The test item had no melting temperature between -100 °C and 50 °C. A glass transition was found at -52 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A GLP study was conducted in accordance with the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals. 102 "Melting Point / Melting Range" using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry. The GLP study determined that the test item had no melting temperature between -100 °C and 50 °C. A glass transition was found at -52 °C.

This was supported by an non-GLP study where no freezing point was determined up to -20°C.
